Description
The Provo City School District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide and perform the related work necessary for asphalt crack seal, asphalt seal coat, and asphalt slurry seal services. The contract will be for one year with the option of four additional years. The evaluation committee will evaluate each responsive and responsible proposal using the criteria described in the RFP. The District reserves the right to conduct discussions with the offerors who submit proposals determined to be reasonably susceptible of being selected for award.
• The RFP includes the standard contractual terms and conditions, technical criteria, and cost proposal.
• The proposal must be submitted electronically through SciQuest.
• The offeror must agree to the prerequisites, buyer attachments, and questions.
• The evaluation committee will evaluate each proposal against the stage one criteria, and a minimum threshold of 70% is required to be considered in stage two.
• The contract may be modified to incorporate new technology or technological upgrades.
• The District reserves the right to cancel the RFP at any time.
