Repair and restoration of UF Parking Garages II, X & XIII

The University of Florida's Procurement Services department is seeking a vendor to repair and restore Parking Garages II, X, and XIII. The scope of work includes concrete reinforcements, floor, ceiling, beam, joist, column, and wall repairs, as well as expansion joint repairs and replacements. The contract is expected to commence within 10 calendar days after the issuance date of the written Notice to Proceed and be completed within 240 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed, with a final completion date 30 days after substantial completion. The vendor will be required to provide a detailed technical proposal, including a debris disposal plan, and must have experience with similar projects. • The contract requires the vendor to obtain all necessary insurance and permits. • The vendor must comply with all University of Florida policies and procedures. • The vendor must provide a list of all subcontractors for work valued at more than $10,000. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance, including general liability and worker's compensation. • The vendor must provide a detailed breakdown of all costs associated with the project. The University of Florida reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the selected vendor.
