Stainless Steel Piping for Compressed Natural Gas Fueling System

The City of Olathe issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the provision of stainless steel process piping for a compressed natural gas fueling station. The contract was not awarded to any vendor, as all bids submitted were rejected. The IFB included several documents, such as bid language, instructions to bidders, and references.
