Description
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation is seeking qualified firms to design‑build upgrades to the yard‑side piping and flow‑measurement systems at the Brackish Groundwater National Desalination Research Facility in Alamogordo, New Mexico. The effort includes replacing and augmenting source‑water, potable‑water, and concentrate‑water pipelines, installing magnetic flow meters, integrating SCADA controls, constructing concrete vaults, providing heat‑trace and insulation, and completing testing, commissioning, and training. The contract will be awarded on a firm‑fixed‑price basis, with a one‑year performance period beginning in early 2027.
