Development and Support of Integrated Resource Plan and Conservation Potential Assessment

The City of Richland, Washington is soliciting proposals for the development and support of an Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) and a Conservation Potential Assessment (CPA), including renewable energy acquisition analysis. The services included, but not limited to, providing consulting support and developing analytic models and outputs to produce an integrated resource plan (IRP), conservation potential assessment (CPA), and a renewable energy acquisition analysis. The IRP shall meet the requirements of Chapter 19.280 Revised Code of Washington (RCW), Electric Utility Resource Plans. The CPA and renewable energy acquisition analysis shall meet the requirements of Chapter 19.285 RCW, Energy Independence Act and Chapter 194-37 Washington Administrative Code (WAC). • The contract involves the development and support of an Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) and a Conservation Potential Assessment (CPA) • The services included providing consulting support and developing analytic models and outputs • The IRP shall meet the requirements of Chapter 19.280 Revised Code of Washington (RCW), Electric Utility Resource Plans • The CPA and renewable energy acquisition analysis shall meet the requirements of Chapter 19.285 RCW, Energy Independence Act and Chapter 194-37 Washington Administrative Code (WAC)
