Description
This contract is for the removal and replacement of the roof at the O.O. Howard House, including the installation of architectural shingles, torch down type roofing, and custom-fit metal roofs. The contractor will also be responsible for repairing or replacing damaged wood siding and trim, and ensuring that the project meets historic preservation standards. The contract has a total value of $342,405.00 and is expected to be completed within 60 working days. The City of Vancouver is working in partnership with The Historic Trust to ensure that the project approach meets historic preservation standards.
