The City of Tempe is seeking a Benefits Consultant to provide services including benefit system analysis, design and creation of print and web-ready documents, and assistance with the selection of benefit systems. The consultant will work with the City's Healthcare Committee and provide monthly reporting of claim summaries. The City is looking for a consultant who can provide expertise in the area of employee benefits and help the City navigate the complexities of the benefits industry. Some of the key issues the City is facing include high costs of specialty medications and an increased number of high-cost claimants.
