The City of Tempe is seeking a vendor to provide library materials and associated services, including collection development, cataloging, and processing. The contract has a term of 5 years, with the option to renew for an additional 2 years. The vendor will be responsible for supplying library materials, including books, audiobooks, and e-books, as well as providing cataloging and processing services. The City of Tempe is looking for a vendor who can provide high-quality materials and services, as well as excellent customer service. Some key features of the contract include: • The vendor will be required to provide a minimum of 90% of the materials requested by the City of Tempe. • The vendor will be responsible for cataloging and processing all materials, including creating MARC records and applying labels and barcodes. • The vendor will be required to provide excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • The contract has a total budget of $250,000, which includes LAPG funds.
