Description

The contractor must place, remove, and overlay hot‑mix asphalt patches of 2‑, 4‑ and 6‑inch thickness, perform surface removal, install aggregate base courses, and provide supplemental dust‑control measures. All work is to be performed under strict timelines (3 days for patches < 100 SY, 7 days for larger patches) with $300 per day liquidated damages for missed deadlines.
