Description
This contract is for construction services to repair and improve the North Side and South Side pools at Bidwell Park and Prairie View Park in Spokane County. The work includes removal of existing delaminated plaster, removal of calcium nodules, repair, and replastering of the pool bottom and walls. The contract was awarded to Krisco Aquatech for $557,695.00. The project includes three alternates: replaster of an additional area at the zero-depth entry area at the North Side pool, tile repair/replacement at the South Side Pool, and replacement of the existing knock down colored coping at the South Side Pool with new concrete coping.
