Synopsis for AN/AAQ-45 Distributed Aperture Infrared Countermeasure (DAIRCM) Organic Software Standup

This synopsis announces a sole‑source award to DRS Systems, Inc. for the procurement of support equipment, software development, training, and facility support needed to stand up organic software activities for the AN/AAQ‑45 Distributed Aperture Infrared Countermeasure (DAIRCM) system. The effort includes development of the Operational Flight Program (OFP) and User Data File (UDF), system integration, and test support.
