Red Pine Ridge Hand Cut and Strip Felling

The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is seeking a qualified firm to provide conifer hand thinning and strip felling services for the Red Pine Ridge project. The contract was awarded to Summitt Forests, Inc with a total bid of $320,469.45. The project involves hand thinning, strip felling, and windrows, and the contractor must meet all specifications and requirements outlined in Attachment B of the IFB. The project is expected to start on June 14, 2024, and end on July 24, 2024. • The contractor must have previous experience with the described type of work. • The contractor must be able to meet all specifications and requirements outlined in Attachment B. • The contractor must provide conifer hand thinning and strip felling services. • The contractor must perform hand pile/windrows according to Attachment B Scope of Work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
