2013 Underground Facility Locating Services

The City of Olathe, Kansas, is seeking a qualified underground facility locating company to assist with locating City-owned underground facilities, including waterlines, sanitary sewers, electrical power for street lights and traffic signals, and fiber optic communications. The company will support the City's locating staff by performing locates that cannot be completed by in-house staff. The contract is for the remainder of 2013, with the possibility of full-outsourcing in 2014.
