This contract is for services to prevent or reduce juvenile delinquency and to provide sanctions and services for youth already involved in the juvenile justice system. The contract was awarded to five vendors: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Coastal and Northern New Jersey, Bergen County Department of Human Services, Teaneck Public Schools, TMR Mental Health Care PC, and YWCA Northern New Jersey. The services provided under this contract include one-to-one youth mentoring, positive youth development programming, academic skills enhancement, and vocational planning and job skills training.
