Asphalt Paving Repair and Maintenance Cooperative Bid

This cooperative contract provides MOESC’s member agencies with a two‑year, time‑and‑materials pricing schedule for a full suite of asphalt‑related services, including removal, mill‑out, dense‑graded aggregate placement, hot‑mix base and surface courses, traffic striping, pothole repair, crack fill, and related maintenance tasks. All rates are “all‑inclusive,” covering prevailing‑wage labor, equipment, materials, overhead, and profit, with additional mark‑ups for after‑hours or holiday work. The contract is awarded to Fiore Paving Co., Inc., which must meet insurance, bonding, and certification requirements and submit certified payroll within ten days of wage payments.
