Cheyenne Family Medicine Clinic Security & Restroom Renovations

The University of Wyoming is seeking a contractor to perform security and restroom renovations at the Cheyenne Family Medicine Clinic. The project includes interior and exterior security improvements, renovation of three restrooms, and other upgrades. The estimated project completion dates are December 15, 2021, for security updates and January 31, 2022, for all other upgrades. The contractor will be required to provide substantial completion dates for the project. • The project includes interior and exterior security improvements, such as access control and cameras. • The renovation of three restrooms includes all finishes, fixtures, and door hardware. • Other upgrades include lab 212 countertop and partial wall finish replacement, conversion of door handles to lever style, and installation of ADA compliant room ID signs. • The contractor will be required to provide substantial completion dates for the project. • The University of Wyoming will review all bid information prior to making a decision.
