Bulk Quick Lime

This contract is for the provision of bulk quick lime for the City of Edgewater's water treatment plant. The contract has a term of one year with four optional one-year renewals. The price quoted shall be firm for one year and based on a per unit basis delivered FOB to the City's destination. The City will pay the contractor the monthly amount invoiced pursuant to the pricing stipulated on the Proposal Form and based on actual quantities delivered. The contract includes provisions for notices, rights at law retained, controlling law, venue, attorney's fees, modifications to the agreement, severability, waiver of jury trial, non-waiver, and e-verify.
