Broken Concrete Crushing (4 Sites)

The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to crush broken concrete at four garage sites. The contractor must provide all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to crush the concrete to 3/4" Class A specifications. The contract is expected to be completed by 6/30/2026. • The contract includes four sites: Fort Dodge, Grimes, Altoona, and Grinnell. • The contractor must remove rebar from the material and have a grizzly to remove excess dirt and fines from the crushed material. • The contract is subject to the procedures and requirements established in Iowa Administrative Code 761--20. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose submission is the most advantageous to the Iowa Department of Transportation, considering cost and other factors.
