Description
The King County Library System is seeking a contractor to provide parking lot refurbishing services for their libraries. The contract includes repainting of parking stalls, fire lanes, handicap stalls, crosswalks, directional arrows, speed bumps, and stenciling, as well as pressure washing of curbs. The contract is for 3 years with an option to renew for 2 one-year extensions. The contractor will be required to provide a firm lump sum bid.
