Description
This contract awards the Four Rivers Sanitation Authority the right to procure hot‑mix asphalt (HMA) patching services for sanitary‑sewer work throughout its service area for the FY 2024 period. The work is broken into unit‑price items covering 2‑, 4‑ and 6‑inch HMA patches, surface removal, overlay, aggregate base‑course placement, and supplemental dust‑control. The successful vendor must supply labor, materials, equipment, traffic‑control plans, and all required testing, and must meet tight completion windows (3‑day for patches ≤ 100 SY, 7‑day for larger patches) with $300 per day liquidated‑damage penalties.
