This contract grants a five‑year lease of approximately 409.20 acres of state‑owned land within Pyramid State Park – Denmark Unit for agricultural use. The lease is awarded to the highest‑priced responsive bidder, with the State receiving an estimated annual value of $6,146.18 (based on $15.02 per acre) and the vendor projected annual revenue of roughly $148,948.08. The lessee must provide all labor, equipment, seed, fertilizer, insurance, and management services, adhere to strict conservation practices, and submit detailed annual chemical, seed, and yield reports. Payments are due annually before March 1, with options to pre‑pay or provide an irrevocable Letter of Credit; failure to meet payment, tax, insurance, or reporting deadlines results in immediate termination.
