Hills Food Shelter and Love Program - Animal Svcs

This contract is for the provision of Hill's brand pet food to Pinellas County Animal Services. The contract has a term of 43 months and automatically renews for two successive terms of one year each unless either party notifies the other at least 30 calendar days prior to the end of the initial term or any renewal term. The vendor, Hill's Pet Nutrition Sales Inc, will provide the pet food at a discounted price, and the shelter will exclusively feed the pets with Hill's brand pet food. The shelter will also promote the Hill's Food, Shelter & Love program and provide adopters with an adopter kit. The contract includes provisions for payment, delivery, and termination.
