Professional Consulting Services - Related to the AWIA

The City of Hesperia is seeking professional consulting services related to the America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2018 (AWIA). The selected consultant, Claris Strategy, will perform a Risk and Resiliency Assessment (RRA) and develop an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for the City's water system. The RRA will assess the resilience of the water system, including physical assets, SCADA network, water quality surveillance, supply chain, workplace security, financial systems, and business network. The ERP will include strategies and resources required to improve the resilience of the water system, including physical security and cybersecurity. The contract value is $207,645, which includes a 10% contingency amount.
