The California Franchise Tax Board is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide real‑estate appraisal consulting services on an as‑needed basis, focusing on appraisal reviews, expert valuation reports, and rebuttal documents for taxpayer‑submitted appraisals, including conservation and historic‑preservation easement cases.
