Description
The State of Oregon Treasury, on behalf of the Oregon Investment Council, is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide comprehensive real‑estate portfolio advisory services. The consultant will support policy development, market research, investment review, due‑diligence, negotiation assistance, and quarterly performance reporting for a large public‑pension real‑estate portfolio. The work includes participation in OIC and Treasury committees, preparation of annual and quarterly reports, and ad‑hoc transaction support.
• Provide strategic policy guidance and market analysis for the state’s real‑estate investments.
• Conduct manager due‑diligence, investment reviews, and assist with negotiation of partnership terms and incentive‑fee structures.
• Produce quarterly performance reports covering roughly 86 positions and deliver an annual presentation to the Oregon Investment Council.
• Attend committee meetings, serve on advisory boards for ~60 funds, and perform occasional ad‑hoc research or property‑level underwriting as needed.
