The Olympic Peninsula YMCA seeks a consultant to perform comprehensive financial modeling and feasibility analysis for the proposed Joe Rantz Youth Housing and Family Resource Center in Sequim, WA. The scope includes reviewing project documentation, refining development and operating budgets, building multi‑program 10‑year pro‑formas, evaluating revenue and funding sources (including tax‑credit opportunities), modeling partner contributions, conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses, and delivering a final feasibility report with risk assessments and recommendations. Deliverables comprise a work plan, data‑request list, refined capital budget, detailed operating pro‑formas, revenue feasibility analysis, partner contribution model, scenario/sensitivity outputs, an editable Excel model, and a presentation package. The contract value is estimated between $35‑$65 K, with a delivery timeline of roughly four months.
