The City of Wilmington is procuring a municipal interior renovation of the fourth floor of the Skyline Center building. The work includes demolition, installation of metal‑framed gypsum demising walls, new door veneers, acoustic ceiling tiles, and floor finishes (carpet tiles or luxury vinyl plank). Two optional alternates provide additional tenant‑fit‑out space and extra wall work. The contract will be awarded on a single‑prime‑bid basis, with a 5 % bid bond, a 14 % M/WBE subcontracting goal, and a construction period of 120 calendar days plus a 20‑day final completion window.
