The contract is for the replacement of a septic system at 1447 Center Rd. New Franklin, Ohio 44216, as part of the Household Sewage Treatment System (HSTS) Program. The contractor is required to install an NPDES compliant aerobic treatment unit, and ensure that all work is done in accordance with local building codes and regulations. The contract also includes the connection of downspouts and the pump and fill of the existing septic system. The contractor must have a current registration, bond, and insurance on file with the appropriate jurisdictions building department and Summit County Health District.
