Pavement Analysis and Related Services

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Pavement Analysis and Related Services. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from qualified respondents who can demonstrate their ability to perform professional pavement analysis and related services. The contract was awarded to five firms: Applied Research Associates Inc., Data Transfer Solutions, Fugro Consultants, Inc., IMS Infrastructure Management Services, and Roadway Asset Services. The scope of work includes conducting pavement analysis analyses and asset management inventory for publicly-maintained roadways, as well as surveys of sidewalk networks and ADA ramps. • The contract is for professional services related to pavement analysis and related services. • The contract was awarded to five different firms. • The scope of work includes pavement analysis analyses and asset management inventory. • The contract is part of the TXShare Cooperative Purchase Program. • A pre-bid conference was held on January 27, 2023, to assist respondents in responding to the RFP.
