Eisenhower Middle School HVAC Replacement Phase 2A & 2B

This contract is for the replacement of the HVAC system at Eisenhower Middle School, which is being rebid as a phased project. The project includes the installation of RTUs on the roof by July 31, 2024, and the completion of the remainder of the work by July 18, 2025. The contract was awarded to McElroy's, Inc. and Piping Contractors of Kansas, Inc. with a total bid amount of $491,011.00 and $541,000.00, respectively.
