Job Order Contracting Services Citywide Civil/Site Work

The City of Cottonwood, Arizona, has awarded a contract to Combs Construction Company, Inc. for job order contracting services for citywide civil/site work. The contract has a maximum dollar amount of $13,000,000 in City Fiscal Year 2026 and $3,000,000 in any other City Fiscal Year.
