The vendor will be responsible for servicing all county departments and providing assistance with ordering methods, procedures, and badge design. The contract includes various types of badges, including oval, shield, and star badges, with and without rank panels. The vendor must provide prices that include shipping, handling, delivery, fuel surcharges, and freight.
