25-0193 JOC -Master Prime Controls

This contract is for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for Remote Site Control Upgrades between the City of Goodyear and Prime Controls, L.P. The contract has a term of 90 days, with the option to renew for an additional one-year period. The contract is for an aggregate amount not to exceed the rates set forth in the Tucson Contract. The City of Goodyear will pay Prime Controls, L.P. monthly based on the work performed and completed to date.
