Description
This contract is for the provision of design, civil, and surveying services in support of the Pine Sterling Property demolition as part of the Prado Dam Flood Control Basin Reclamation effort. The scope of work includes pre-demolition plans, construction observation, and record drawings. The contract has a maximum aggregate allowable compensation of $38,245 and a term of 30 months. The vendor, Tait & Associates, Inc., will be responsible for submitting all projects/services to the County in a form that has been thoroughly reviewed and checked for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. The County will assign an appropriate staff member to work with the vendor in connection with the work of this contract.
