Replace Siding & Insulation On Sludge House #4

The City of Independence, Missouri invited bids for the replacement of siding and insulation on Sludge House #4 at the Courtney Bend Water Plant. The contract includes the removal of existing siding, installation of a walk-through door, and application of insulation on the inside of the structure. The bid was recommended to be awarded to Southtown Glass, Inc based on the apparent low bid.
