This three‑year firm‑fixed‑price contract with the City of Mesa requires a qualified contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and supervision necessary to repair, install, and maintain fences, gates, safety rails, and related structures throughout the municipality. Work is performed on an as‑needed basis, with requests issued via email and a requirement to respond within 24 hours and commence work within ten business days. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including dust‑control, traffic‑control, safety apparel, and warranty provisions (minimum one‑year warranty).
