Description
This contract is for the demolition and site‑clearing of multiple dilapidated structures at 320 Cody Road South, Mobile, AL. The City of Mobile’s Municipal Enforcement Department issued an RFQ (ME‑165‑23) requiring wet‑method demolition, utility caps, hazardous‑material handling (lead‑based paint/asbestos), erosion‑control BMPs, and final site restoration including seeding. The contractor must submit a whole‑dollar, all‑inclusive lump‑sum quote by June 26, 2024, and, if awarded, provide proof of E‑Verify enrollment, insurance, and a stipulated‑sum agreement within two days of award. Completion is required within 15 calendar days of receipt of a Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages of $250 per day for delays beyond the stipulated 15‑day window.
