The City of Tucson has entered into a contract with Granicus, LLC for the provision of EngagementHQ, a single project engagement package for engagement on a single project theme. The contract includes a one-time implementation fee of $2,500 and annual subscription fees of $6,000 for the first year, with increases to $6,300 and $6,615 for years two and three, respectively. The contract also includes terms and conditions for payment, termination, and indemnification. The scope of services includes access to all standard tools, customizable registration forms, and reporting and analysis tools. The contract is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement between Granicus and NCPA. • The contract includes a provision for the City to purchase additional products and services under the same terms and conditions within the next twelve months, if funds permit. • The contract includes a provision for the City to terminate the contract at any time with thirty days' written notice. • The contract includes a provision for the City to recover any damages or losses incurred as a result of the Contractor's breach of the contract. • The contract includes a provision for the Contractor to indemnify the City against any claims or damages arising from the Contractor's performance under the contract. • The contract includes a provision for the City to require the Contractor to provide certificates of insurance and endorsements as required by the contract.
