Description
This contract concerns the complete demolition and site‑clearing of a municipal property at 1767 Le Grande Drive, Mobile, Alabama. The City of Mobile’s Municipal Enforcement Department issued a sealed‑envelope RFQ (ME‑075‑22) requiring wet demolition to control dust, utility disconnections, removal of all debris, erosion‑control BMPs, and handling of lead‑based paint or asbestos. The awarded contractor must complete all work within 15 calendar days after receipt of a notice to proceed, and any delay beyond that incurs $250 per day in liquidated damages.
