BOTHELL LIBRARY REROOFING AND HVAC EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT

The contract is for the reroofing and HVAC equipment replacement at the Bothell Regional Library. The project includes partial reroofing at two low-slope rooftop mechanical equipment wells and replacement of six HVAC roof-top units within the wells. The contract was awarded to BIWELL Construction, Inc. with a base bid of $383,860.00. The contract also includes unit prices for potential additional work. The King County Library System reserves the right to reject all bids for any or no reason and to waive informalities and irregularities. • The project site is located at the Bothell Regional Library at 18215 98th Avenue NE, Bothell, WA 98011. • Bidders were encouraged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference to be held at 10:00 AM on April 14, 2017, at the Bothell Regional Library. • Questions regarding the Contract Documents should be directed in writing to F.E.
