SWR - October 2021 Trouble Tickets - Transmission and Distribution Line Clearance

This contract is for transmission and distribution line clearance services, including pruning, cutting, treating, removing, clearing, and disposing of trees and brush. The work is located in Snohomish and Island Counties, Washington, and covers approximately 15 pole miles. The engineer's estimate for the project is $136,000.00. The key aspects of this contract include: • Prequalified work consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project • Contractors must be on the District's Small Works Roster and currently prequalified for Category D-1 – Right-of-Way (Tree and Brush Work) prior to bidding • Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase website • The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.)
