This contract is a public competitive bid (Invitation to Bid #2580) for the supply of a variety of road‑surfacing materials to Cameron County, Texas. The county will purchase hot‑mix asphalt, limestone rock asphalt (Class A), natural cold‑mix (types CC & D), and aggregate for surface treatments (TxDOT Item 302).
