This solicitation seeks a multi‑year farm lease for approximately 546.7 acres within Pyramid State Park’s East Conant Unit. The State will award the lease to the highest‑priced, responsive bidder, with per‑acre pricing submitted for each contract year (2027‑2031). The lease requires compliance with specific agricultural practices, including prohibited use of neonicotinoid‑treated soy, Dicamba, and bio‑solids, and mandates cover‑crop planting, soil testing, and detailed reporting of chemical, fertilizer, and seed applications. No subcontracting is allowed; the lessee must provide all labor, equipment, and insurance.
