Roadway Materials

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) #2024-097 for Roadway Materials, with the goal of awarding contracts to qualified vendors to provide goods and services to members of its TXShare Cooperative Purchasing Program. The contract categories include Earthen Materials, Asphalt Materials, Concrete Materials, Winterization Materials, and Additional Offerings of Ancillary Materials. The contract will be available for use by members of the TXShare cooperative. • The RFP was issued on July 24, 2024, and proposals were due on August 22, 2024. • Four proposals were received and evaluated by a committee. • The committee recommended contracts be awarded to Big City Crushed Concrete, Green Dream International, Innovative Roadway Solutions, and The Bargain Source. • The contract is expected to provide roadway materials to members of the TXShare cooperative purchasing program.
