Bulk Livestock Feed

This contract is for the furnishing of bulk livestock feed for use by the Parks and Recreation Department of Jackson County, Missouri. The contract has a term of 24 months, with three 12-month options to extend, subject to available funding and legislative approval. The contractor must be able to supply and deliver feed in 3-6 ton orders, and all shipped orders are to be FOB Destination. The contractor must also provide a certificate of insurance and a W-9 form. The contract has a estimated annual value of $5,500. • The contract requires the contractor to deliver feed within 14 days of order. • The contract requires the contractor to load feed into top-loading bulk feed bins. • The contract requires the contractor to provide a hard copy of a purchase order issued by the Jackson County, Missouri Finance and Purchasing Department before providing any goods and/or services. • The contract requires the contractor to have a valid email address for ordering purposes. • The contract prohibits fuel surcharges during the term of the contract or any of its extensions.
