This contract is for services to prevent or reduce juvenile delinquency and to provide sanctions and services for youths who are already involved in the juvenile justice system. The services will be provided by five vendors, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Coastal and Northern New Jersey, Bergen County Department of Human Services, Teaneck Public Schools, TMR Mental Health Care PC, and YWCA Northern New Jersey. The services include mentoring programs, culinary classes, and career counseling.
