Description
This contract concerns the demolition and nuisance abatement of structures located at 7033 Smith Avenue, Mobile, Alabama. The City of Mobile’s Municipal Enforcement Department issued a stipulated‑sum RFQ (ME‑127‑22) requiring wet demolition, utility capping, hazardous‑material handling, erosion & sediment control, and site restoration (seeding and mulching). The successful bidder must complete the work within 15 calendar days of receiving a written Notice to Proceed and must provide post‑completion documentation, including photographs, waste shipment records, and a newspaper notice of final completion. A $250 per day liquidated‑damages penalty applies for any work remaining beyond the 15‑day grace period.
