Request for Proposals to Design a Countywide Compost Quality Improvement Campaign

The County of San Mateo's Office of Sustainability is seeking a consultant to design a countywide compost quality improvement public outreach campaign. The campaign aims to minimize contamination in organic waste recycling streams and will be customized for each jurisdiction participating in the project. The contract will have an original term of up to one year, and the selected consultant will be responsible for providing services for all tasks outlined in the scope of work.
