Vendors listed in the attached contract list are notified that closeout actions will commence ten business days after posting, unless they request a bilateral modification or provide a valid reason to delay. • The closeout applies to all contracts in the attachment, irrespective of the original award values. • Vendors have a single opportunity to request a bilateral modification before the closeout date. • The notice includes a response deadline of October 26, 2026 for any vendor inquiries.
