The City of Tempe has entered into a Personal Services Agreement with Liz Taylor Creative for the provision of public art illustrated walking maps. The contract is for a period of 8 months, from October 15, 2024 to June 30, 2025, and the total payment for the services is $5,000. The scope of work includes the creation of two illustrated maps, one for Downtown Tempe and one for Tempe Town Lake, with up to 20 illustrated art pieces on each map. The contractor is required to provide the maps in layered Vector or layered psd formats, and the final printed size will be determined by the City. The contract also includes provisions for payment schedules, default provisions, and termination. • The contract is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. • The contractor is required to indemnify the City against any claims or damages arising from the performance of the contract. • The contract includes provisions for non-discrimination and compliance with Arizona law. • The contractor is required to provide a certification that they are not currently engaged in and will not engage in a boycott of goods or services from Israel. • The contract includes provisions for force majeure and termination.
